Salaam everyone, my name is Nesa Huda, I’m in Grade 12, and I’m beyond proud to be the ambassador for White Oaks Secondary School! In public school, it may be hard to coordinate events such as MIST, but alhamdulillah, our MSA has come together ever since MIST started in 2008. MIST is a place for new friendships, fun, and spirit, and it’s something our whole team looks forward to all year. It helps us grow closer to Islam in a light and fun way, something that is very much needed with muslim teenagers today. We are so grateful that we can be a part of something so big and so amazing, and we hope to bring it every year inshaAllah!
