General MIST Waiver: This will be collected on Saturday, March 9, 2013 during morning registration. Download here.
Sports Day Waiver: This will be collected on Saturday, March 2, 2013 during morning registration at the Sports Day Preliminiaries. Download here.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT EARLY/LATE REGISTRATION FEES:
Registration Fees: $30-early bird deadline (February 14, 2013), $40- late fee (February 16, 2013).
To ensure you are charged the early registration fee ($30), you MUST finalize registration before the early registration deadline (February 14, 2013), i.e. don’t make any changes to your team’s competitions after the early registration deadline (February 14, 2013).
Payments and coach approval can be done after the early registration deadline, but to guarantee the early registration fee you cannot make changes after the early registration deadline.Â
